Dear friends, tomorrow I am off to the land of Amélie, Cyrano de Bergerac and 8 femmes for the week.
I will write as soon as I am back as I am yet to put hand to keyboard and give my thoughts on the casting news that Henry Cavill will be Superman in Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder’s adaptation – a hat trick of Brit actors for the superhero big three: Cavill as Superman, Christian Bale as Batman and Andrew Garfield as Spiderman.
When I am back the BAFTA awards will be just one week away and I am sure Hollywood will have more news too.
